TERMS OF SALE

Individual sellers other than Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l. are hereinafter referred to as "SELLER"

1) Terms of Sale

The selling prices indicated are expressed in euros including VAT, without taking into account the shipping costs. These are always charged to the Customer and are invoiced at the time of validation of the order, as a supplement to the selected products. The "SELLER" reserves the right to change prices without notice and to change shipping prices at its discretion, but undertakes to apply the prices in force and to explicitly display prices and shipping costs, as indicated on the site, at order time. Any refunds are always made by Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l. through the payment system used to make the purchase, through Paypal, Credit Card, bank transfer both in the payment by bank transfer and in the case of cash on delivery. Conditions subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005

* “In the income tax deduction of 50% for the purchase of furniture and large appliances (" furniture bonus ") the expense incurred for the purchase of a television is not included. Bank transfers will not be accepted with application of the withholding tax”.

2) Shipping Time What happens after buying on www.original-vintage.com from the "SELLER": The delivery times of the products vary in consideration of the item ordered by the Customer and the delivery methods chosen by the same. The times indicated for the terms of delivery are merely indicative and are in no way binding on "SELLER". Using the transport by express courier, delivery is scheduled in a variable time from 1/5 working days from the time of the order. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated in the technical data sheet of the individual product. For the products in which the technical data sheet shows delivery instructions 24/48 hours, the following indications apply: A) Day 0 (order receipt) The back office processes orders received by 1.00 pm; otherwise they are processed the following day. The same applies to orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday: they will be processed the first business day following the order itself. The order is processed according to the payment method chosen, and in particular: - if the payment method chosen is, PAYPAL or CASH the order is processed the same day; - if the payment method chosen is BANK TRANSFER, the order will be processed when the credit will be displayed on the bank account of the Company Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l. - if the payment method chosen is CREDIT CARD, the order will be processed within 24 hours.The order is sent to our warehouses by 6.00 pm; B) Day 1 (Courier Delivery) the day after the order is placed, the Courier will collect the goods by 6.00 pm at our warehouses. The courier will receive the Accompanying Invoice containing the destination location and any notes entered in the order. Simultaneously with the collection of the product, an e-mail will be sent to the customer containing the Shipment Number; this will allow the customer to follow the delivery status and estimated time on the Courier's website in real time. D) Day 2 (delivery of the goods) The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation. 3) Delivery Methods Standard Delivery:delivery takes place within 5 working days from the date of entrustment to the Courier.In detail: We deliver maximum in 72 hours from when we entrust the goods to the courier. For all of Italy, islands including the cost of shipping is indicated when ordering. The invoice for the purchased good is issued by the "SELLER". 5) RefundsCustomers will have as their sole point of contact for any claim or for any related problem both in the order phase and in the post-sale phase. Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l. the same is equipped with all the tools to manage both through Call Center and through active messaging systems 24/24 to analyze the problems and look for a solution to the problems of the individual customer. Any refunds are made by Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l. through the payment system used to make the purchase, through Paypal, Credit Card, bank transfer both in the payment by bank transfer and in the case of cash on delivery. The refund will be made no later than 10 working days. 

6) Fulfillment of Orders

Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l., in order to guarantee a correct service to its Customers, guarantees the receipt and acceptance of purchase orders until 5.00 pm from Monday to Fridaỳ orders received after this time, as well as those received on a Saturday, Sunday or other holiday, will be considered received on the first working day following the order. Any decrease in working hours and / or interruptions of sales services in particular periods of the year (eg summer months) which could lead to longer delivery times will be adequately highlighted at the time of the order, and will be the Customer's discretion proceed or not with the confirmation of the same according to the indicated timing. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

In the event of tampering and / or breakage, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by writing the wording "RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other operator.

For each order the Customer is required to specify at least a telephone number to allow the express courier to contact him in case of difficulty in delivery; if the delivery was not successful due to reasons not attributable to Original Vintage Sunglasses Srl, or to the express courier for more than 5 consecutive days, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be charged with the custody fees as quantified by the courier expressed.

7) Guarantees

All products sold by "SELLER". are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002.

To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice (or transport document) he will receive via e-mail in PDF format. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the product packaging. It is specified that the 24-month warranty is reserved for the private Consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his / her professional activity) or makes a purchase without indicating in the order form a VAT number reference).

If, as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and recovery costs required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transportation costs, if supported by "SELLER".

It specifies that "SELLER". it cannot be held responsible in any case for the activity of the technical assistance centers on the products: any delays in repairs and / or any replacements, and / or failure to be recognized by the authorized technical assistance center of the functional defect, as well as provided for by Legislative Decree n. 24/2002, and / or any other hypothesis deemed prejudicial to the Customer, are to be attributed exclusively to the policies of the Producers.

In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, intact consumables, manuals, cables , etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; in all cases, the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided.

All shipments of products will be returned to the Sender, at their own expense:


- Not including original packaging, accessories and manuals - Received with external packaging not suitable or inadequate and therefore damaged during transport: the Warranty does not cover damage due to non-use of the original packaging and adequate external protective protective packaging not authorized by the service center. From the intervention under Warranty on Hard Disk or various storage devices the possible saving of data owned by the Customer or uninstallation of Software is excluded. "SELLER" will not be responsible for the loss of data on the product being serviced. Conventionally, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or property.

8) Transport Insurance

Upon receipt of the package, it is necessary to check that the packaging of the courier is intact and not cut and / or tampered with.

Otherwise, it is likely that the package was opened during shipping and the contents have been stolen. If you accept a tampered package, there is no possibility to make a claim. So we repeat: before accepting the package, it is necessary to check its integrity.

In case of suspected tampering or missing item, it is possible to accept the goods with specific reservation (indicate the reason).

The customer is required to report any damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We inform you that pursuant to Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n. 185, the goods travel at the risk of the recipient, the Original Vintage Sunglasses Srl, and "SELLER" is not liable for any theft or damage. 9) Withdrawal

"SELLER" acknowledges the right of withdrawal:

Goods returned without authorization will be automatically rejected.

In addition to the willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential to indicate in the same communication the details of a bank or post office account to carry out the crediting of the amount due (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Current Account Number, Account Holder) . For the correct recognition of the right of withdrawal, we specify that:

- The product must be returned within the time and in the manner described above to the address that will be reported by the Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l.

- Redelivery costs are always charged to the Customer

Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l. reserves the control on the returned goods to assess any damage or tampering not deriving from transport.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer will be fully refunded the amounts paid for the purchase of the product including the delivery costs incurred by the Customer, and will be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the order withdrawal notice, exclusively by bank transfer. In the event that the user opts for replacement of the product, the costs of sending the new product will be at his expense.


10) Law The sales contract between the Customer and "SELLER" is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract the territorial competence is exclusively that of the Court of [CITY]. 11) Sales contract  "SELLER" accepts orders with delivery to be made exclusively in the Italian territory. The customer can only purchase the products, as per the electronic catalog present on the website www.original-vintage.com existing at the time the order is sent. The Original Vintage Sunglasses Srl, in this regard, communicates that the images and technical data, none excluded and / or excepted, accompanying the product sheet shown should not be considered complete and exhaustive by the customer of the features but may, therefore, be different by size, color and accessories or other. For all that has been communicated and accepted by the customer so far, no responsibility can be attributed to the Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l. Moreover with express reference to the articles 3 and 4 legislative decree 185/89 the customer will receive, by e-mail, all the necessary indications for the identification of the seller that the customer is obliged, at his charge, to keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.

In the event that the customer should, for legitimate reasons, return the purchased products, he will have to arrange the shipment on the established terms and exclusively at the registered office of Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l.

  • Privacy

The personal data requested at the time the order is submitted are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will in no case and in no way be transferred to third parties. Original Vintage Sunglasses S.r.l., guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03.
