Hard to find vintage Coca-Cola light-up sign measures approx 21″ x 21″ x 5 deep. Concave lens featuring the diamond logo cup atop a colorful array of candy and the words- “ENJOY COCA-COLA WITH CANDY”. No breaks or damage, looks a lot better in person lit-up than my photo shows. I was told from the owner that these signs were removed from a movie theater in Sayre, Pa. Back in the 1970′-80’s. The other similar sign, “ICE CREAM SANDWICHES” is also listed in our auctions this week. Should improve with cleaning, (wiped lightly with a dry cloth for photo purposes, otherwise left as found). The sign works with (3) fluorescent bulbs and (3) small ballasts shown in the photos, all easily replaced for a few bucks each and easily accessible by removing (2) screws from the top of the sign. This sign will need a ballast replaced along with (3) new bulbs (no bulbs included). I installed bulbs from the other sign to check function and the center bulb did not light. Directly from the estate of a long time Coca-Cola employee/collector this item is one of over a hundred Coca-Cola items we’ve listed this week. All items were stored in the top of a large garage and may show signs of dirt/dust consistent with cardboard box or open storage. All items are left in as found condition and may have come from a’pet’ or’smoking’ home. Questions are always welcome.
