ALL INFORMATION STATED HERE COMES FROM THE INTERNET AND THE LONE STAR BEER CLOCK SIGN ITSELF. Based on my research on collectors weekly, I collector and others, this Lone Star Beer Clock Sign seems to be from the 1950’s. Also this person who posted this same sign a few years ago(wanting to know the value) stating that this sign(his sign) is from the 1930’s, but. That person was corrected by a viewer and was told that his sign was from the late 40’s early 50’s. I DO NOT know the age of this sign but. It is definitely VERY OLD. This AWESOME sign is made of metal except for the rectangular advertising part which is made of hard plastic and it is approx: 27″ x 18 1/2″. And the clock dome is made of GLASS(not plastic). It has 2 cracks that look like scratches(as you can see on photo # 10, 11) and a small piece of the hard plastic is broken from the top right. Corner(photo # 12), but those cracks do not look bad(as they look like scratches) and the broken corner piece can not be seen when hung. As it is on top. This sign has light surface rust on some parts of the metal and will need a cleaning as it is dusty. The light and clock WORK super fantastic. STAR BEER and last but not least, it is SUPER, SUPER, SUPER, SUPER, SUPER COLLECTIBLE. What we have here is something that you don’t see everyday that probably will see again, but not any time soon as they are very hard to find. And those people who collect them will never sell them.
